Uber’s business was on the ropes after a massive drop in ridership due to the pandemic. When it was time to ride again, they had to pull out all the stops to ensure their new safety protocols would be widely known and implemented. Through BUCK Design, Uber hired Manifest Social to develop and implement a social media and creative strategy that would convince millions of riders and thousands of drivers to follow safety protocols.
